How soon will I receive the glasses?
As soon as you have ordered the glasses, our specialists will get to work. The delivery time of the glasses depends on your glasses' recipe. Glasses with more complex lenses take a bit more time to make than glasses with simple lenses. Please allow for a delivery time between 6-9 days.
What is the status of my order?
We will deliver your custom-made glasses to your home. We work together with the post office for this. Not only that, but we will keep you fully informed via e-mail, so keep an eye on this. We will send you a track & trace code, so you can follow your package.
Do I pay shipping costs?
If you order glasses from us, we will pay the shipping costs! For sending the Try Me Box we ask a small contribution (€4).
How do I return an item?
Returning Try Me box
Your Try Me Box will always be returned and therefore, for your convenience, we will send you a return label that has already been paid for. Stick the return label over the label with your address and hand the parcel over to a post office point in your neighbourhood.
Return Policy Glasses
As the glasses are always custom-made, there is no legal cooling-off period on our product. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your new glasses, please contact us at hello@juniorandjunior.com. We will then work with you to find a good solution.
